A bot as far as I am aware is a computer program that is used to buy and sell shares as certain conditions arise with that particular share. Meaning that if someone wants to accumulate shreas without making the price jump up or vice versa then they can use a program to just grab small amounts at a time. It is usually used by a person or trading house who can pay a set brokerage on a certain stock for the whole days trade, meaning that they can buy or sell as much as they want in one day for a nominal fee. The first time MUN really went up from around .20 to .30+ there was a bot accumulating for the whole week and I am pretty sure that it was APG. You can tell this because if you watch the course of sales for you will see repeating buy munbers over and over. That particular week they were buying parcels of around 3000 shares at a time every few minutes therefore the volume for the day was higher but the actual munber of sales was much higher than usual. It really helps a company or trader accumulate or sell without causing market panic one way or another. And it also serves another purpose to buy or sell your shares at basically the vwap price for the day or week. Not sure how clear that was but I hope it helps. As far as MUN goes I am blown away at the moment by hte lack of interest? With Engenho set to double production next year and Torrecillis coming on line aswell I feel that the market is only really pricing MUN on Engenho at the moment and not Torrecillis. The actual fact is that Torrecillis with the grade and the resources it holds will be worth three or four times what Engenho is and thats not even mentioning Jaquiria and Tocantins? I have done the maths on this over and over and if they reach their producion targets I have an sp of around $1.50 in 12 months $3.00 in 24 months and $6 or $7 at 36 months due to the fact that they are essentially doubling production therefore eps every year for the next 4 years. The total cash cost figures per ounce will also be lower as the increased production comes on, I can only imagine how low Torrecillis will be with grades between 15-20 grams per tonne! Well thats my opinion anyway. Wouldnt mind knowing what everyone else thinks?
