OTC market in HCH has settled at 5.5 cents (has traded 6.8 high to 4.9 low since the Glencore news) , so that gives a clue. $9 million shares given to HNW , so that's 285 million loose shares we need to absorb.
Possibly the delay is because Veritas has not gone wide enough with the offering , wouldn't surprise me if they have to upsize to keep everyone happy.
