theres a great advice by a number of famous people. If a stock trade below its asset value, its a discount to asset.
As an example, a company has $10m in cash and 10m shares on issue, then this share should be at $1 at least. If the share is trading at $0.80, then go buy out this company because you would be getting that $10m cash with just $8m.
as posted before, $10m cash on 580m shares on issued (roughly) thats $0.017. ICI cannot go below $0.017 else I will mortgage my house to buy out the whole company.
