The speaker of the house should have had him removed and the National Party should remove him as leader, but we know that will not happen. It doesn't matter what side of the fence you sit on, his behavior should not be tolerated. I can tell you if I turned up for work in that state, my desk would be emptied and I would be escorted from the building, never to return.
