There won't be a cap raise (if indeed there is one) until after the IND is open. Once it is open the share price should be significantly higher....unless the mitigation strategy put in place is exceedingly restrictive to the trials (which I doubt)
It's just a shame we have lost that all important momentum however we are talking about a blockbuster drug so the share price could easily recover significantly and quickly on good news....
