We need to fill a 40K ton ship.. Sooooo we need at lest this amount on the docks to fill the ship when it arrives.. Id say when we have this sitting on the dock we will get an announcement of commissioning, logistics and 1st shipment.. I have said it before, and i will say it again "this company do not give out progress updates"..
