on 4/2/21 WHA directors simply cancelled the debt on more than 13Million shares that had been provided in the 2017 AGM to directors, senior people and friends. That's more than $26m debt simply forgiven on amounts loaned by the company to these people (go look at the 2017 AGM and follow the above)
The majority of Board Members and Senior Corp people hasn't changed by changing the name to Wellnex
Hot Copper People can do the fundamental calculations and speculate all they like on differing ratios and future share price for whatever reason
but one thing hasn't changed!
the people driving this revamped WHA are still the same people
