So Myer has engaged Luminis Partners in response to Lews current actions.
Interestingly Luminis Partners were the ones engaged by Amaysim to secure a suitor for the business, resulting in the sale to Optus+WAM.
We have a very similar situation playing out with the same players…. WAM, Luminis, undervalued company with excess franking credits and a potential suitor.
