This is what Motley Fool had to say this morning (excerpt):
..."What happened in FY21 for REA?For the 12 months ended 30 June, REA was on form and delivered a 13% increase in revenue and an 19% jump in EBITDA. This was ahead of the consensus estimate, which could bode well for the REA share price today."
... It didn't bode well for the SP!
They also said:
..."The REA share price is up 50% over the last 12 months."
... Market expectations have run ahead of results! Average trade size this morning is ca 20 shares, ie. $330.00 ??? This is a $22bn company (but then only 38% are float, the rest is Newscorp).
This is not a good stock if you want to hold or trade a few hundred or more shares. A long view must be taken: and althoughI think this will go further up - my risk appetite is satisfied.
