    Let's not forget the directors proposed issue of 15,000,000 of unlisted performance based options each - dependent on reaching 200m market cap within 3 years of issue with a strike price of 4c.

    15m shares with a strike price of 4c is $600,000 to convert. Andrew and the other directors have plenty riding on CHKs success and his current share portfolio is a non-issue
