So even with the head winds you pointed out Jatcorp looks like having about $27 mil revenue at 40% gross profit. That's around $10.8 Mil Gross profit for the 2021 Year
Current MC is $33 mil but you value it at around 25% less, say $25 mil. Seems a bit harsh.
