Just to give Biden’s executive order some context...

50% EV’s in USA by 2030

Rough numbers:
US Light passenger sales - 16 million per year.

That would be 8 million EV’s per year by 2030.
Around 50kg of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) in average EV = 400,000 tonnes of LCE

Total worldwide supply of LCE in 2020 about 380,000 tonnes.
So the US alone would demand more lithium that is currently supplied in the whole world.

Then you’ve got China/Asia/Europe/Rest of World just for vehicles....
And also phones, tools, buses, trucks, home storage...

There is a massive supply shortage of raw materials looming.
It's beginning to play out (finally!) for those that have been on the ride for a while!

AGY's 12,000tpa will seem like a drop in the ocean.
It takes years for new supply to come online. Prices are going to be astronomical.

Only a matter of time before people recognise the disconnect of AGY's MC compared to peers.
