I reckon it is only being accumulated by a few individuals. I believe traders and short terms only hold a small number of shares, so the effect of their profit taking would be minor. If the people who own a heap of stock decide to take profits, then we could be in for a rough ride. It would seem strange for a major holder to take profits, when it would be obvious to anyone that the stock is worth a great deal more after the debt is refinanced then it is now.
