Phantom, from my conversation with management earlier this week I had the impression the water is not a big issue rather a formality.
As for the ups and downs, well I have my stake and I'm sitting patiently.
I would rather hold a position @ 0.24 or .025 than holding out
for .021 or .022 etc. as I don't want to miss this boat.
