Hi Stace , I don’t know that I am the one
to answer that . I have only been involved
personally in one late 90s.
My experience initially received legal firms
request to be part of class action explaining
why it would be beneficial financially. Stating
since I had already incurred substantial losses
why not give them $1500 to be part of action.
That was the first of a few more monetary outlays.
Eventually it went nowhere law practice did very
well. You can do the sums depending upon how
many wish to partake.
Obviously there are variations in all of these type
of actions. Occasionally we read about successful
class actions. Mayne has not yet been cleared of
DOJ inquiry in US. Legal fees have been ongoing
and reported each financial year by Mayne. With
this now in Supreme Court of Victoria is meaning
man increase in these costs.The simple facts are
Scott Richards is not qualified to be a CEO. He has
never had the credentials. It is only RC and BM who
have secured his position.These actions just place
The Sword of Damocles over company.
