it is in the creation of oil / gas but possibly not in fluids moving back to where they should be. Suppose it depends on the size of the spaces in the rock that allows them to move, but with the water drive and the fact that they watered out in 5 years the q is will the oil move back to its natural place in 19 years or will there still be significant water cones in place?
