You deseperate CHM guys are clutching at straws, this WSA court case has nothing to do with the CHM/MMX case the facts are different. The best you can hope for is that MMX throws you a few pennies in an out of court settlement and aFTER Benny his brother, the porn king, hazard investment, Mr X the mysterious overseas funder all get their share there probably won't be much left, watch CHM's share prcie fall back now while mmX rockets as the court case nears
