Since the upcoming prospectus offer will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis until the limit of $5M is reached, I was curious enough to run the numbers on how many shareholders would be entitled for a share of the offer based on parcel size for the upcoming prospectus if anyone is interested.
I don't think the raise will dilute the SP.
