I’m just an outsider who was thinking this has to be strongly Chinese given all available indications in the public domain . I concede that I will be entirely wrong if done thing far bigger from Europe or USA or elsewhere is afoot with Avz remaining in charge . Oh please please may I be proven to be wrong .
