I sold my BCL shares waaay back. I figured that they had no rights, after their 30 year agreement ran out in 2011/12.
I do note that the ABG does not agree with the Landowners Association (SMLOLA) I have friends in the legal profession on Bougainville. I will see if I can ask them. I do not wish to be intrusive. As you can guess, they are somewhat busy at the moment.
