At the time of the collapse, many of us were asking these questions and if ASIC might step in. Surely the Delloite report should give them a kick in the butt, which might make them move to investigate the board and management and lies that were told to shareholders before the collapse.

There also must be some action against this gouging which is currently occuring with the banks charging whatever interest they like on BB International as this is criminal against noteholders and shareholders.

Surely ASIC now needs to show the reason they are allowed to draw a wage. Mop.
