Let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Laz did say he will announce the global partnerships with the relaunch on August 16th. So if nothing is announced then, it will be extremely disappointing.
Shein seems to be exclusive to Spotii for now. If Zip US has managed to sign an exclusive partnership also then that is the holy grail based on US app rankings.
