No radioactive mineral? Plain wrong. There is uranium and thorium.

You will see analysis of the rock chips that Greg Barnes collected from the tenements away from the pit, where there is promise of REEs.

One of those chips contained 86.9 ppm of uranium. That's sailing pretty close to the wind, given the proposed 100 ppm limit.
