The heavy fall of ERG from 49 cent (first day ex rights entitlement) to 27 cent today make people laugh. By the look of public announcemnent (ASX may have to query about this issue) dated 7/7/04.
Dr Sullivan and director Tony Shepherd must be in difficult position to explain to the new shareholders and existing shareholders who paid 34 cent (last date of ERGR was as low as 14 cents per share, entitlement was stoped last Friday) or more.
Patersons securities and Ingot group and other institutions (who acqired shares two weeks ago) appears in the same position as above.
Perhaps, wait until Macquarie Equity (like purchase > 50% share of sausage (SMX) two years ago) come to rescue this company?
