Maverick7, I CAN understand, Permits take time, and it makes perfect sense to be well underway with Applications long before mining begins. This has been stated numerous times, and reinforces my confidence that TSO understands exactly how things happen in Chile. This knowledge comes with over 2 decades of experience in Chile, dealing with Regulations. I totally reject your suggestions that Zeff looked guilty. Personally, i was very early to embrace the book "Body Language" by Alan Pease, a Worldwide Best Seller from over 40 years ago, a book that heralded a new understanding of human communication through the interpretations of non verbal communication and interpersonal dynamics. I've been refining those skills ever since. I also understand neurolinguistic programming, i read some idiot suggesting that looking to the right indicates lying and that is just plain bullshit wrong. Looking to the right, and level, is simply a visual recall. I'm highly capable of evaluating people. I'm fast losing patience with several idiots on here who need to be told some basic facts. I see no indication of deception, in anything i've observed in the behaviour of Zeff. Comments of that nature are unwarranted and defamatory. If i am questioning the character of anyone, it's You.
