This has come about because of worry of Nigers political stability but nothing has happened outside of some verbals. The rebels have agreed to disarm...Clintons offered mere advice on polital courtesy. Tandja looks like the man the West wants to stay otherwise we'd have far more serious discourse on the matter. The army has stayed loyal to Tanja. The stocks holding the support...at worst they might raise capital but I'm giving this one time (but my entry may be better than yours.)
