why so low?

    Just wondering if somebody knows why this is trading so low in comparison to the proposed merger price of Ruukki?

    At the current Ruukki share price of 1.88 EUR ($3.20 AUD),
    and a merger of 1 Ruukki share per 1.81 SLV shares thats $1.70 AUD per share.

    Any thoughts?
