Starpharma's Viraleze has been removed from shelves in UK because its labelling claimed too much given that it is a "medical device" rather than a true "medicine". Medicines need full clinical data to support both safety and efficacy. They were fined $93K for the transgression. Anything that claims to prevent or cure COVID needs watertight clinical data to prove its case. Or else.
