What an appalling middle finger salute to shareholders. Of course the directors are taking up their placement at 0.40.. where is the chance for normal shareholders to get such a ridiculous discount? Broker options with a strike of 0.50, a price we were comfortably over a few days ago, plus their 6% fee also issued in discounted shares. shameful.
