You are too obvious NopeRope. Your Down ramping needs to be more subtle, otherwise everybody can see you’re either trying to buy in cheaper or paid for your down ramping.
Not much unusual about that CR. That’s how it’s most often done. Only unusual that directors throw their own cash in.
