We know NVX plan some sort of capital raise as part of Nasdaq listing.. maybe this is it? It would be a great bonus if there is a high profile name / partner that is added to the books in the process.
Either way I would expect it to be paired with other announcement(s) to leverage the publicity & get the market excited.
