What was your best property purchase. Would be interested to hear. In terms of year purchased, what the price was, why you purchased and what you sold for. I'll start with an investment property 10 years ago in Ryde NSW purchased for 310,000 and sold for 760,000 in April this year. Brought the money back to roost and trying to decide where to go next.
