At least from now people are going to be a bit smarter re: highly geared REITs, BnB model and all that snake oil.... relying on good times to keep the money machine rolling, what a joke.

Fair value will be unlocked eventually, buy and hold for me. Heck even in a firesale the assets are worth more than 15c per share, how much more undervalued do you want (wish I had the fortitude to punt when they were 5c or so). But agreed that if we don't break resistance then more turbulence will be encountered esp if market rally runs out of puff (when, not if lol)
