Think this one is a different to your usual ‘need more money to survive/grow’ capital raise
None of NVX’s previous Trading Halt announcements regarding Cap Raise had the word ‘strategic’ in it
I think its likely a large company wants to come on board and probably got a huge fill at pretty close to market price
I’m not sure this will even be open to retail investors
