EMN start with 7% Mn but only get about 65% recovery. Effectively <5%. The environmental issue being so close to a town would be a concern .... a big one.
E25 will be bring in sulphur and generating heat (thus electricity) from making acid for the Mn sulphate process. We have a gas pipeline within cooee of the plant and running through the middle of the lease. No problems with electricity there.
Only when the project goes to EMM will we need a larger power supply. That would be stage 4 I expect. Let's get #2 and #3 up before we look at #4.
