Further. A time frame idea does not move the market. Markets are moved by news that has an effect on positive cash flows and market capitalisation. The news can be in real time or anticipated and accepted the market prices 6 months ahead.
Therefore the market is not factoring in anticipated good news or a SP of $90 in the months ahead. Or in fact not much of anything else.
