I think that it is well know that the board of directors of this company are heavily invested and pretty savvy investors and directors in LARGE operations and with outstanding records.

I hate the idea of dilution, but as you said, NVX have the cash there - the only reason they are looking at raising more is to fund something outside of the previously disclosed plans. Given the industry news over the last couple of weeks or so, we must conclude that the current funding is insufficient for the expansion plans. This means greater expansion, which means we will be seeing returns faster and greater than the current plan alluded to.
