long term lurker of this thread, EV growth is insane, this cap raise would address keeping up with that growth. I believe it would be worse for the company not to a cap raise to meet demand. eventually, we want to come out of R&D into manufacturing but that only happens with a lot of money, that goes for every industry.
I would be surprised if this cap riase is just a whiff and need more money. This is to build a manufacturing company.
