The Westgate Tunnel Project looks like halving its cost benefit ratio from 1:1.3 down to 1:0.65

Labor cannot manage projects and when Andrews gets involved they turn to shite. This project has his fingerprints all over it.

This has the potential to be such a fiasco that no amount of money will fix it. Transurban cannot even give a hint of a completion date.
