I can think of several reasons why he might be in the US. For example, they'll be looking to get the two therapy trials over there, PROSTACT and STARLITE, recruiting. He might be in discussions on the commercial side of things with the post-FDA rollout. We can even fantasise that he's in discussions with Big Pharma (mmmm an Afterpay style buyout mmmm).

I have no idea what, if any, discussions happen in the FDA process outside formal reviews; I would have thought at this stage everything would be done in writing.

Twitter stalking tells me he's just driven from Indianapolis to Detroit. That sounds like getting trial sites organised to me.

I wouldn't want to speculate oh wait I just did. But the important thing, the take home message, is that whatever reason he has for going over there, it mean's the work's getting done. And that's got to be a good sign.
