I am really keen on CFE.
Only risk in buying COV and making good arbitrage money is if the COV shareholders vote down the merge/ takeover offer.
However, a good opportunity. Made some good money doing this twice now with Ingena/UXC and People/MTU. In both cases the offers only JUST got past the 90% shareholder vote required so there is some risk...
