AC mentioned requiring some further Timor Leste Government approvals for drilling the well. Perhaps this is what is delaying the finalisation of the rig contract. Meanwhile, on the LSE, shares in Advance Energy are purring along in anticipation of news. Good volumes in the last 2 sessions.
