^ Yep I tend to agree.
Definitely value to be unlocked being on the other side of a party who's seemingly desperate to exit.
Very recent example: BHP (and AA) exiting thermal coal JV at Cerrejon. Glencore says payback period is under 2 years.
BHP/AA get to greenwash their annual reports, mine continues to operate and emit carbon but hey "not my emissions, anymore".
