Oh. My mistake TC also basically guaranteed that the board keeps their positions. If the lender (TC basically) doesn’t like new management or directors the loan is immediately due back in full 3 days after.
Wow. The company’s in dire financial straits and he finds a way to get more money and lock in him and his mates.
