Ganfeng all over the shop right now - just signed binding offtakes and funding assistance with CXO...
Will be interesting to see how their share price reacts when they're back on the trading floor tomorrow, probably head towards the CR price. In all they're raising $140m from institutional / retail / GF (GF putting in $34m).
Market cap for CXO is $423m at the moment so the CR is 35% of the market cap....
