spp key dates and selling question.

I have what may be a silly question regarding the NAB SPP.

Is there any time restriction before you can sell your SPP shares?? or can you sell shares on the 'dispatch of holding statements/confirmation advice' date of Wed. 2nd SEPT, 2009.

I plan on buying $15,000 through the SPP and holding some and selling some ASAP.

2009 SPP Key Dates as per NAB SPP offer;

Offer opens: Monday, 3 AUG. 2009.
Offer closes: Friday, 21 AUG. 2009.

Allotment Date: Monday, 31 AUG. 2009.

Dispatch of holding statements/Confirmation advice;
Wednesday 2nd SEPT, 2009.

When is the ealiest I can sell my SPP shares to make my maximum profit?
(Providing things do not go pear shaped and drop below 21.50 between now and SEPT 2nd. (is this is the date?))
