Did anyone see latitudes purchase of smyle today?
Business did $41m in loan origins in FY21 and $5.4m in revenue and yet the business sold today for $200m sale price! Whaaaat?
To put in context we did $161m in loan origins in Q4 alone and $19m in revenue
annual run rates of $644 and $76m in revenue
I just don’t think MME is widely known yet by the market & the lack of liquidity (strong holdings by its owners) scares people off
thoughts?
