Sellers are going to be looking for a profit, so sub 45c is not likely. Cash and asset backing at least 48c (IMO).
After the initial circus, MAK will settle nearer to 50c than 40c - although how long this will take will depend on the volumes and then it should rise again steadily with more news/project updates.
All IMHO of course...
PS: The BON purchase is now looking better than ever, IMO - MAK are on the ball as far as I am concerned.
