I am strongly considering an entry at an area where I was considering putting a buy earlier but I didn't exactly expect it to get hit and missed it. I will have an alert set up or might just put an order in anyway, its a pretty solid company and pretty well what I look for. Nothing is guaranteed the biggest of companies can nosedive.

Don't be too bothered if the revenue is coming from acquisitions, I am also following another company (buy in market, if falls will add). This companies story is new management and then acquisitions, one of these acquisitions has now put the company into cash flow positive, I think it was 2/3rds of the total revenue from memory, and they just won a 145mil contract for next year which will blow this two bit companies revenues out of the water. Organic is my preferred but sheesh to be honest if acquisitions can get the ship sailing I have no issue with that at all.

Totally agree things may not turn out as per one's wishes and dreams, but weighing up the odds and taking the chances is what brings in the bacon, just need an exit strategy if there is a severe change in circumstances before it is too late.

Re day traders they can do pretty serious damage to a chart and companies price, I dt myself but it's a love / hate relationship when they get on one of my investment stocks lols. If nothing much has changed re strong fundamentals once they finish their play it can be quite a solid entry.
