This is great news. There is light at the end of the tunnel for Cougar to breathe again. I personally hope they go to the existing shareholders for capital first. I for one will be doubling down if they do. Randal has proven himself during this trying period and so it's a yes for me. Holidays are over Randal. Time to get back to work
